Our system allows you to record your own custom IVR messages.

1) From any phone in the network, dial 86 to record your message directly. OR ...

2) From any phone outside the network, dial 1-800-648-4714

Choose your option:
- Voicemail
- Custom Greeting Recording
- Latency Test
- Music

After you have recorded a custom greeting, contact OnePointSync Support for help in placing the greeting and setting up the dial plan.
