First download the appropriate application for Zoiper (there is a small fee):
iOS: Zoiper Premium voip soft phone on the App Store (apple.com)
Android: Zoiper IAX SIP VOIP Softphone - Apps on Google Play

iPhone:
Click the gear icon (lower right).
Click Accounts.
Click the plus sign (+) top right.
Click Yes, you already have an account.
Choose Manual Configuration.
Choose SIP account.
Account name: Enter a description (i.e. Work)
Domain: Enter the URL from above.
User name: Enter your extension from above.
Password: Enter your password from above.
Click Register.
If all these details are correct, it will show Registration Status: OK
Click back to Accounts.
Click Settings
Click Incoming Calls.
Make sure Use push notifications is enabled.
Done!
Android:
Click Install.
Click Open.
Click Allow on ZoiPer sending you notifications.
Click Agree & Continue.
Click Skip in upper right corner if you do not have a ZoiPer account already.
Click Yes.
User name field: Enter this as your extension @ URL from above. (i.e. 111@sip101.onepointsync.com)
Password: Enter your password from above.
Click Create an account.
Under hostname or provider, it should prefill it with the server name from above.
Click Next.
Click Skip on Authentication username and Outbound Proxy if one is not needed.
Server Security Certificate alert comes up, click on proceed anyway.
It will run through configuration testing to choose which one it detects. Should auto detect SIP TCP.
Click Finish.
Click Proceed Anyway.
Click Allow for Zoiper to make and manage phone calls.
Click Allow for ZoiPer to run in the background.
Click on OK to for Do Not Disturb settings change.
Scroll down to ZoiPer and select sliding bar and turn it on.
Click Allow.
Go back to ZoiPer and you are now registered.
