How do I setup Exchange on iOS / Android?

*NOTE: You will need to delete any existing email accounts using the email address you want to setup. You can not have duplicate email accounts*

Pre-reqs:

Your email address:  

Your email password: 

Your email server:

Email server type:

iPhone:

• Click Settings -> Scroll to Mail.
• Click Accounts -> Add Account.
• Choose Microsoft Exchange.
• Enter your email address and give it a description (i.e. Work).
• Click Next.
  • If Microsoft 365, click Sign In, and choose Work or School. 
    • Enter your password from above.
    • Click Next.
    • Apply permissions, click Accept.
  • If Kerio or Exchange, click Configure Manually.
    • Then enter your username (full email address) and password.
    • Leave the domain field empty.
• Then enter the server name from above pre-reqs.
• Click Next. 

If all is good, you will see a bunch of green check marks!

Android:

• Click Settings -> Passwords and Accounts or Cloud and Backup.
• Click Add Account -> Microsoft Exchange.
• Enter your email address and give it a description (i.e. Work).
• Click Next -> If Microsoft 365, click Sign In. If Kerio or Exchange, click Configure Manually.
• Then enter your username (full email address) and your password.
• Scroll to Domain / Username and enter ONLY your email address.
• Then enter the server name from above pre-reqs.
• Android will prompt to allow access to the device for security. Click yes.

Android (with Gmail App):

• Click Gmail -> Click Add Account -> Microsoft Exchange.
• Enter your email address and give it a description (i.e. Work).
• Click Next -> If Microsoft 365, click Sign In. If Kerio or Exchange, click Configure Manually.
• Then enter your username (full email address) and your password.
• Scroll to Domain / Username and enter ONLY your email address.
• Then enter the server name from above pre-reqs.
• Android will prompt to allow access to the device for security. Click yes.
