How do I block the MS Quarantine email?

Navigate to Microsoft 365 Admin -> Exchange -> Mail Flow -> Rules:

1. Add a rule
2. Name: Block MS Quarantine
3. Apply this rule if "The Sender" "is this person"
   1. Add quarantine@messaging.microsoft.com
   2. 
4. Do the following "Block the message" "delete the message without notifiying anyone"
5. Click Next
6. Click Next
7. Click Finish and let it save.
8. Now, re open the newly created rule and turn it on!
