What are these banners in my email?

As security is our number one priority, we have added these banners to your emails to help you and your coworkers take caution when receiving emails. You will see a few different types of banners:

ALERT: Display Name Spoofing. This happens when the name of an email matches the same name of another email. A common way hackers get into your network is by spoofing names. So you'll see this banner when something like that happens.

ALERT: Frequently Used Domain for Exploit. This happens when emails come from gmail, hotmail, outlook, AOL, or any other service that offers free emails. These emails are constantly being used to exploit spam and phishing attacks.

These are just banners, and are meant to warn you that the email you're looking at is potentially not safe. If you know the sender and are expecting their email then you can ignore the banner.
